Excellent regional cuisine delights the guests of the Jausenstation Unteraigen at the Maiskogel. Many of the dishes served are prepared with homemade products from the organic farm. A special culinary highlight is available when booked in advance: hearty knuckles of pork and veal, tasty ribs and original Pinzgau Bladln (doughnuts). This is complemented by one of the multi-award-winning homemade schnapps like Apple Cuvee, gentian, raspberry, blackcurrant, rowan berry, Williams or plum.
