The Alpin Card represents the ultimate in premium mountain experiences and is issued in several different forms for summer, winter or as part of a year-round ticket alliance. In winter, that means: 408 piste kilometers, 121 lifts and glacier skiing. The winter versions of the ALPIN CARD:

Easter Bonus – Kids for Free – 27.03. until 11.04.2021: children born in or after 2005 get their ski pass for free when a parent buys a lift pass (min. 4 days) at the same time.

THE Glacier

Snow guarantee from October until May, state-of-the-art lifts and breathtaking views from 3,029 m across neighboring Hohe Tauern National Park. The Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun offers an extraordinary array of on- & off-piste highlights: freeride & ski touring routes, snowparks, Maiskogel Family Mountain as well as ICE CAMP presented by Audi and Gipfelwelt 3000, also featuring the Top of Salzburg platform at 3029 m.

Again from December 2020: With the 3K K-onnection cableway directly from the town center of Kaprun over Maiskogel Family Mountain into the heart of the glacier ski area. Including an extra-long descent into the village Kaprun.

The Schmittenhöhe is an exciting and diverse winter sports paradise for the whole family. 77 variety-packed piste kilometers, modern gondolas and lifts along with the Dragon Park, Funslope, Kidsslope and Audi Ski Run promise pure skiing enjoyment.

Winter sports fans are greeted by numerous sunny slopes accompanied by magical views of Zeller See, over thirty 3000 m peaks, along with countless friendly huts and country inns. From December 2019, the zellamseeXpress will also provide a connection to Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.

Free ski bus service with the Ski ALPIN CARD

Holders of the Ski ALPIN CARD have the opportunity to take advantage of these ski bus connections:

In addition, ski shuttles as well as the No. 680 bus from the valley station of the zellamseeXpress in Viehhofen and the Schönleitenbahn in Saalbach (departing every 5 to 10 minutes) provide service between the Schmitten and Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.

Exceptions: The ski bus between Leogang and Fieberbrunn only operates in high season. There is no connection between Saalbach Hinterglemm and Leogang, between Saalbach Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn as well as between Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn and Zell am See-Kaprun.

The Ski ALPIN CARD is a ticket as well as a ticket alliance, with which you can explore 3 different ski regions (Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun, Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn and Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See) with just a single card/ski pass.

Insofar as it involves a single ticket simultaneously valid for several ski regions and ski areas that have entered into a cooperative alliance.

Yes, for the Kitzsteinhorn. The Kitzsteinhorn is a glacier ski area in Kaprun in the Austrian province of Salzburg. The ski area extends from 768 meters above sea level in the town of Kaprun all the way up to an elevation of 3,029 m. The ski area on the glacier is open from autumn until early summer, while excursion guests can ride the lifts up to 3,000 m on the Kitzsteinhorn year-round.

Yes. The ALPIN CARD ticket alliance is proud to offer premium mountain experiences in the form of season- & annual passes. They are issued in different variants for summer, winter and as an all-year ticket. In other words, this ticket alliance is ideal for skiers, hikers as well as year-round sightseers. The ticket alliance also issues single- and multi-day ski passes during winter season.

The season pass is valid from 10 October 2020 until 2 May 2021.

Yes, a family bonus is available for season passes: When families purchase their ski passes at the local ticket window for their 2 oldest children or teenagers, all other children or teens in the family (born 2002 or later) receive free season passes. Official documentation of a family allowance from the finance authorities (AUT) or a child allowance (GER) required. The family bonus is only available on in-person purchases at the lift ticket windows.

Yes. If you hold a Ski ALPIN CARD, you are entitled to use the ski buses for the following towns and connections free of charge:
Kaprun, Zell am See, Saalbach Hinterglemm, Viehhofen, Leogang, Fieberbrunn, Zell am See <–> Kaprun, Saalbach Hinterglemm <–> Viehhofen, Fieberbrunn <–> Leogang, Leogang <–> Saalfelden.

A ski bus shuttle system operates between the Schmittenhöhe and Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, while the No. 680 bus runs from the valley stations of the zellamseeXpress in Viehofen as well as the Schönleitenbahn in Saalbach (5–10-minute intervals).
